Our CEO
 Marcia
Bench is a Master Certified Career Coach,TM CEO of Coaching
& Training Solutions.com, Founder/Director of Career Coach
Institute and Retirement Coach Institute, and a nationally
respected expert in the job/career transition field. She has
been coaching and consulting both individual and corporate
clients since 1986 and is a frequent speaker at conferences
and corporate events.
A former attorney, Marcia has authored 15 books,
including Career Coaching: An Insider's Guide and
Thriving in Transition (Simon & Schuster) and has
been a featured speaker/trainer at over 400 local, regional
and national conferences, as well as a guest on numerous television
and radio programs. Marcia's coaching experience includes
work with managers and executives from such firms as Qualcomm,
Intel, Intuit, Kelloggs, FedEx, Westinghouse, Willamette Industries,
Raytheon, US West, Shell, PetCo, and Kimberly Clark, among
others, as well as dozens of business owners, professionals,
and military officers entering the civilian workforce.
Prior to founding CTS and CCI, she was a Senior
Vice President in a dot-com career management firm for 4 years,
and previously spent 10 years as President of New Work Directions,
a business and consulting firm she founded. Ms. Bench developed
her expertise in business start-up and management in part
through her 4 years as a practicing attorney.
Marcia's education includes a Juris Doctorate from
Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College and a
Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Western Oregon University.
In addition, she is a Certified Career Management Practitioner
through the Career Certification International, a Certified
Business Coach, a Certified Teleleader and Master Certified
Career Coach.

Our Business Manager
Peggy Knudson serves as
Student Relations Director and Virtual Assistant for CCI.
A Michigan native, Peggy received her CPS in 1991 and served
as President of the Lake Washington East Chapter of IAAP in
1994-95. In addition to a successful 13-year career at Microsoft
Corporation in Redmond, Washington she has taught at Lake
Washington Technical College, Kirkland, Washington as well
as holding various administrative positions in commercial
transportation, retail and construction.
Peggy provides virtual administative support to small businesses.
She and her husband Murray (and their cats) recently completed
five years of full time travel, exploring the US, Mexico,
and Canada via recreational vehicle. They reside in Lake Havasu
City, Arizona.
