Why content kits

Are you one of the many trainers who struggle to develop the programs you need, on a timeline and with limited resources, and to also get consistent results? What we do is provide turnkey training solutions in the form of “content kits,” bundles of training materials in a variety of communication styles (audio, kinesthetic, and visual). You can learn our content within a day’s time and present it the very next day to your group. No complex computer programming of an e-learning solution is required! And if you prefer, you can offer the training in small, easy-to-learn chunks using our self-paced approach with the kits providing the content. We make your job easier!

CTS is unique in that we offer a training option between instructor-led training and e-learning that provides greater flexibility and allows you to adapt the content to the needs of your group, whether 2 or 200. And if you break the training into multiple sessions or combine a one-day session with follow-on coaching, you will triple or quadruple your results in performance improvement, according to recent studies.
